Committed to local produce and inspired by the seasons, Executive Chef Stephen Sharp cooks from the heart with a blend of fresh, farm-raised ingredients, bold flavors, and refined presentation.  Our menus frequently change depending on what our network of farmers and purveyors have available.  For this reason, the menus on this website are representative only.


With the aim of evoking a sense of familiarity, comfort, and intimacy, Ink & Elm thoughtfully crafted the wine selection to feature wines that exemplify their origins. Hence, our list is furnished with selections that are representative of their style and region at the same time as they contribute to a refined eating experience, wines like a dry, minerally Sancerre from the Loire Valley or a rich, juicy Zinfandel from Lodi, California. Combined with our firm commitment to the notion and practice of "eating and drinking in season," the wine list balances high quality and great value. With a selection whose range spans 11 countries, it offers a wide array of choices that not only complement our food menu but also mirror the familiar bottles that we love to drink and share with our friends and family. We are happy to provide advice and direction when tackling new regions or adventurous styles and we enjoy developing food and wine pairings for your menu.
